With us, you stay right in the thick of it: Hotel Fischer is located at Kaiserstraße 1, directly in the pedestrian zone of St. Johann in Tirol. Restaurants, shops and the railway station are just a few minutes’ walk away, and cross-country ski trails and hiking paths start practically on the doorstep. The Harschbichl valley station of the Bergbahnen St. Johann lifts is approx. 12 minutes’ walk away (around 800 m).
If you arrive by car, you can park right at the hotel – with 24-hour access and an e-charging station. Once here, you will hardly need it: with the St. Johann Card you can travel free of charge on the region’s S-Bahn trains. And right next to the hotel stands the Johannesbrunnen fountain, where you can refill your water bottle – you can get a suitable bottle at reception.
Region
The holiday region of St. Johann in Tirol stretches between the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn. In summer, around 210 km of hiking trails await you, along with varied tours by bike and e-bike as well as the OD Trails in Oberndorf in Tirol.
In winter, around 66 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty, around 275 km of cross-country ski trails, cleared winter walking paths and natural toboggan runs beckon.

Yes, there are parking spaces right at the hotel with 24-hour access, plus additional spaces around 300 metres away. An e-charging station is also available. Despite the pedestrian zone, you may drive in at the one-way sign as far as the hotel car park.
From 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. If you fill in the check-in form in advance, you can go to your room via self check-in between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm, subject to availability. After reception closes, Michi’s Bar takes over welcoming guests.
Yes, admission to the Panorama Badewelt is included for our guests – it is a five-minute walk away and offers three outdoor pools, an indoor pool with a heated outdoor swim-out pool, two giant slides and a dedicated children’s area across 38,000 m². The sauna and infrared cabin in the hotel are also free of charge.
From 7:00 to 10:00 am. In addition to the buffet with regional produce, there is an à la carte breakfast menu. If you have booked without breakfast, you can add it on site; it is best to let us know about any intolerances and allergies in advance.
In three places: free of charge in the ski room of Hotel PARK and at Top Skiverleih Mair right next to the slopes, for which you will receive an access card on the day of arrival – or in the ski depot in the hotel itself, conveniently accessible via the outside entrance by the carport. For bikes, there is a dedicated bike depot with charging facilities.
Yes, three different ones: the Family Room Hornblick with a conservatory, the Family Room Kitzblick with two separate bedrooms for up to five people and the Family Room Kalkstein with a bedroom and a living/sleeping room. In addition, there is the LOFT 6380 with 65 m² for up to six people.
In summer up to 72 hours before arrival, in winter up to 28 days before arrival. This does not apply to the “Non-Refundable” rate – there, the booking is binding as soon as it is made. With our hotel’s own travel protection, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
